[RIDE] - Dropouts and Graduates Reports - NEW DEADLINE |

| This is to inform you of the following:
1. The deadline for the dropouts report and the graduates report has been moved to Friday, January 8th, 2010. It is imperative that districts review these reports again during the first week of January because the GED data is in the process of being loaded in. Due to this, the numbers on both of these reports might change. Please DO NOT send the signed off reports in until the week of the 8th so the most accurate data will be reported at that time.
2. The cohort rate report will be available mid-week next week, and the deadline will also be Friday, January 8th, 2010.
3. In lieu of emailing or calling us directly, please start to communicate with the eRIDE helpdesk through the following methods: email – helpdesk@ride.ri.gov; phone – 222-8400. This way we can ensure that you get the fastest response.
